Launch & project management
Permits, inspections, contractors, vendors, interior design, timelines, recruiting, and onboarding.
Case studies / GH Beauty
GH Beauty replaced 15 disconnected systems—plus the spreadsheets, texts, and sticky notes behind its launch—with one integrated Business Operating System.
The ambition
01Hanieh imagined GH Beauty as an elevated beauty lounge: premium hair styling, manicures, pedicures, aesthetic treatments, and a café serving artisan coffee and fresh juice. Every detail would reflect quality and care.
But before opening day, she also had to become a construction project manager, an HR department, and an IT systems integrator. Permits, contractors, recruiting, onboarding, bookings, memberships, payments, inventory, payroll, marketing, and reporting all had to come together at the same time.
Instead of running one business, GH Beauty was on track to manage fifteen software vendors before opening its doors.
The problem
02One platform handled appointments. Another handled payroll. Others covered inventory, memberships, the website, the app, marketing, and project management. Each came with a separate bill, setup process, support team, and slightly different copy of the business’s data.
Custom development firms offered connected solutions, but most estimates started near $300,000 before ongoing integrations and support. For a first-time small-business owner, that was the difference between opening and not opening.
The approach
03Solid Logical proposed a Business Operating System that could support GH Beauty from its first permit application to its thousandth appointment. The platform first managed the business of building the business, then became the system that ran it after opening.
Permits and inspections became milestones with due dates. Contractor schedules, designer deliverables, and vendor walkthroughs moved onto one shared timeline. Recruiting, interviews, offers, and onboarding lived in the same system, so the first stylists were ready before they clocked in.

04Permits, inspections, contractors, vendors, interior design, timelines, recruiting, and onboarding.
Online booking, customer portal, mobile app, memberships, loyalty, gift cards, messaging, and service history.
Scheduling, point of sale, payments, inventory, suppliers, purchase orders, expenses, and reporting.
Scheduling, shift management, time clock, payroll integration, HR records, training, and performance.
Website, promotions, SMS and email campaigns, reviews, gallery management, and event planning.
Executive dashboards, revenue, membership and utilization reporting, forecasting, and tax reporting.
The outcome
05The same event tools used to stand up the salon became a growth engine for the grand opening, seasonal sales, and in-salon experiences. Because sales, expenses, payroll, and purchase orders already live together, GH Beauty’s annual tax package compiles automatically and takes under an hour of owner review.
A blueprint for modern small businesses
By consolidating the technology underneath the business—before, during, and after launch—Solid Logical let GH Beauty focus on creating an exceptional experience for every client who walks through the door.
